Terms of service
Last updated: April 2026
Please read these Terms of Service carefully before using the Dokets website at www.dokets.com. By accessing or purchasing from our store, you agree to be bound by these terms. These terms apply to all customers including those in the United States, Canada, and the European Union.
1. About Dokets
Dokets operates as an e-commerce general store offering a wide range of consumer products across categories including home & kitchen, beauty & skincare, electronics, fashion, pet products, fitness, and more. We operate a dropshipping model, meaning orders are fulfilled and shipped directly to customers by third-party supplier partners (including DSers, Zendrop, and AliExpress-affiliated suppliers). Dokets acts as the merchant of record for all transactions.
2. Eligibility
By using our website, you represent that:
- You are at least 18 years of age
- You have the legal authority to enter into this agreement
- You are not located in a country subject to US government embargo or trade sanctions
- You will use our services only for lawful purposes
3. Products and Pricing
We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any product without notice. Prices are displayed in US Dollars (USD) and are subject to change without prior notice. In the event of a pricing error, we reserve the right to cancel and refund any orders placed at an incorrect price, with notification to affected customers.
Product images, descriptions, and specifications are provided in good faith. Minor colour variations may occur due to differences in screen display settings. Product weights and dimensions are approximate.
4. Orders and Contract Formation
Placing an order on our website constitutes an offer to purchase. A binding contract is formed when we send you an order confirmation email. We reserve the right to decline or cancel any order at our discretion, including but not limited to cases of:
- Suspected fraud or unauthorised payment
- Product unavailability
- Pricing errors
- Shipping restrictions to certain locations
EU customers: Under EU consumer law, you have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days of receiving your order without providing a reason. Please refer to our Refund Policy for details.
5. Payment
We accept all major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), PayPal, and other payment methods displayed at checkout. By submitting your order, you confirm you are authorised to use the selected payment method.
All transactions are encrypted and processed securely by our payment providers. We do not store your full card details.
6. Shipping and Delivery
As a dropshipping retailer, your order is fulfilled by one of our third-party supplier partners (DSers/AliExpress, Zendrop, or similar platforms) and shipped directly to your address. Delivery timeframes are estimates and not guaranteed. Please refer to our Shipping Policy for full details.
Dokets is not liable for delays caused by customs clearance, carrier disruptions, natural disasters, or other events beyond our control. Risk and title pass to you upon delivery to the shipping carrier.
7. Dropshipping Disclosure
We operate a dropshipping business model. This means:
- We do not stock or handle physical inventory ourselves
- Orders are fulfilled and shipped by third-party suppliers on our behalf
- Your shipping address is shared with our fulfillment partners solely for delivery purposes
- Packages may be shipped from overseas locations (including China and the United States)
- Customs duties or import taxes may apply depending on your country — these are the customer's responsibility
