Refund policy

At Dokets, your satisfaction is our priority. We stand behind every product in our store and want you to shop with complete confidence. Please read this policy carefully — it applies to all customers including those in the United States, Canada, and the European Union.
1. Our 30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee
You have 30 days from the date you receive your order to request a return or refund. If 30 days have passed since delivery, we are unfortunately unable to offer a full refund or exchange.
For customers in the European Union, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your item under the EU Consumer Rights Directive, without providing any reason. Our 30-day policy is more generous than the legal minimum.
2. Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return, your item must meet all of the following conditions:
- Unused, unworn, and in its original condition
- In the original packaging with all tags and accessories included
- Accompanied by proof of purchase (order number or confirmation email)
- Not listed as a non-returnable item (see Section 4)
3. How to Request a Return
To start a return, please email us at contact@dokets.com with:
- Your order number
- The item(s) you wish to return
- Your reason for the return
- A photo of the item if it is damaged, defective, or incorrect
We will respond within 24–48 hours with return instructions. Please do not send items back without first contacting us — unrequested returns will not be accepted and no refund will be issued.
4. Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned or refunded:
- Items marked "Final Sale" or "Non-Returnable" on the product page
- Opened personal care, hygiene, or beauty products
- Perishable goods (food, plants, flowers)
- Digital downloads or software
- Gift cards
- Items that have been used, washed, or altered
- Hazardous materials or flammable substances
5. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or is not what you ordered, please contact us at contact@dokets.com within 7 days of delivery with a clear photo of the issue and your order number.
We will arrange either a free replacement or a full refund at no cost to you. You will not be required to return the item in most cases.
6. Refund Process
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed and credited to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Please note that your bank or payment provider may take additional time to post the credit to your account. If you have not received your refund after 10 business days from approval, please contact us at contact@dokets.com.
7. Exchanges
We do not process direct exchanges. If you would like a different item, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order separately.
8. Return Shipping Costs
- Defective, damaged, or incorrect items: Dokets covers all return shipping costs.
- Change of mind returns: The customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
- EU customers: Under EU law, you are responsible for the direct cost of returning goods unless the item is faulty.
9. Late or Missing Refunds
If you have not received your refund, please:
- Check your bank account again
- Contact your credit card provider — processing times vary
- Contact your bank — there is often a processing period
