Shipping policy

At Dokets, we are committed to getting your order to you as quickly and reliably as possible. Please read this policy in full before placing your order. We currently ship to the United States, Canada, and select European countries.
1. How We Fulfill Orders
Dokets operates a dropshipping model. When you place an order, it is forwarded to one of our trusted fulfillment partners — including DSers/AliExpress suppliers and Zendrop — who prepare and ship your order directly to your address. This allows us to offer a wide product range with competitive pricing. Your shipping address is shared only with our fulfillment partner for delivery purposes.
2. Processing Time
All orders go through a verification and processing period before they are dispatched:

Business days are Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed on the next business day.

Delivery times are estimates from the date of dispatch. Actual delivery may vary due to carrier delays, customs clearance, or factors outside our control.
4. Order Tracking
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email with your tracking number and a link to track your shipment. Please allow 24–72 hours for tracking information to become active after receiving your shipping confirmation email.
You can also track your order at any time on our Track Your Order page. We use AfterShip to provide real-time tracking updates from all major carriers.
5. Customs, Duties, and Import Taxes
Some products may be shipped from overseas (including from China or the United States) depending on your selected item and our fulfillment partner's warehouse location.
- US customers: Customs duties rarely apply on low-value orders but may be assessed on orders over $800 USD.
- Canadian customers: GST/HST and customs duties may apply on orders over CAD $20.
- EU customers: Under EU VAT rules effective July 2021, VAT applies to all imports. Customs duties may apply on orders over €150. These charges are the buyer's responsibility.
- UK customers: VAT and customs duties may apply on orders over £135.
Dokets is not responsible for any customs fees, import taxes, or duties imposed by your country. These charges are determined by your local customs authority and are entirely the buyer's responsibility.
6. Incorrect Shipping Address
Please double-check your shipping address carefully before completing checkout. We begin processing orders quickly and cannot guarantee address changes once an order is placed. If you notice an error, email us immediately at contact@dokets.com. We will do our best to assist but cannot guarantee corrections after dispatch.
Dokets is not responsible for packages lost or undelivered due to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
7. Lost or Stolen Packages
If your tracking shows "Delivered" but you have not received your package:
- Check around your property, mailbox, and with neighbours
- Wait 24–48 hours — some carriers mark items delivered slightly early
- Contact your local post office or carrier with your tracking number
- If still unresolved, email us at contact@dokets.com within 7 days of the marked delivery date
We will investigate with the carrier and arrange a replacement or refund as appropriate.
8. Delayed Shipments
Shipping delays can occasionally occur due to high demand periods (such as holidays), customs processing, or carrier disruptions. We appreciate your patience. If your order has not arrived within 30 days of dispatch, please contact us and we will resolve the issue with a replacement or full refund.
9. Multiple Packages
If you order multiple items, they may be shipped separately from different supplier warehouses and arrive at different times. You will receive a separate tracking number for each shipment.
