Cancellation Policy

We understand that plans change. This policy explains how and when you can cancel an order placed at Dokets. Please read it carefully, as our dropshipping model means orders are forwarded to our fulfillment partners quickly after placement.

1. Cancellation Window

Because we work with third-party fulfillment partners (DSers, Zendrop, and similar suppliers) who begin processing orders rapidly, we operate a strict 12-hour cancellation window from the time your order is placed.

2. How to Request a Cancellation

To request a cancellation, email us as soon as possible at contact@dokets.com with:

• Subject line: ORDER CANCELLATION — [Your Order Number]
• Your full name
• Order number
• Email address used at checkout
• Reason for cancellation (optional but helpful)

We monitor our inbox continuously during business hours (Monday–Friday). The faster you contact us, the higher the chance of a successful cancellation.

3. EU / EEA Customer Right of Withdrawal

If you are based in the European Union or EEA, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 calendar days of receiving your order — without providing any reason — under the EU Consumer Rights Directive (2011/83/EU).

To exercise your right of withdrawal, notify us at contact@dokets.com before the 14-day period expires. You may use the model withdrawal form below or any other clear written statement.

Once we receive your withdrawal notice, we will refund all payments received from you, including standard delivery costs, within 14 days. We may withhold the refund until we have received the returned goods or you have provided evidence of their return, whichever comes first.

Exceptions to the EU right of withdrawal:

• Goods that have been unsealed after delivery and cannot be returned for hygiene or health protection reasons (e.g., opened beauty/personal care products)
• Goods that are clearly personalised or custom-made
• Sealed audio, video, or software items that have been unsealed after delivery
• Digital content where delivery has already begun with your consent

4. Canadian Customers

Canadian consumers have cancellation rights under provincial consumer protection laws. If you are in Ontario, British Columbia, Alberta, or Quebec, you may have additional protections beyond those listed here. Please contact us at contact@dokets.com and we will work with you to find a fair resolution.

5. Cancellation of Fraudulent or Abusive Orders

Dokets reserves the right to cancel any order at our discretion, including orders where:

• Fraudulent payment activity is suspected
• The billing and shipping information cannot be verified
• The order violates our Terms of Service
• The customer has an excessive history of cancellations or returns

In such cases, a full refund will be issued to the original payment method.

6. Refund for Cancelled Orders

If your cancellation is approved before dispatch, a full refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. You will receive a cancellation confirmation email once processed.

If your order has already been dispatched at the time of your cancellation request, it cannot be cancelled. Please refer to our Refund Policy to initiate a return once you receive the item.

7. Subscription Cancellations

If you are subscribed to any recurring service or membership through Dokets, you may cancel your subscription at any time by logging into your account or emailing us at contact@dokets.com. Cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing period.
